**Rich D. - ** President/Senior Consultant

Rich has more than 15 years of environmental field experience, specializing in asbestos, microbial contamination, water damage, lead, bacteria, and indoor environmental concerns. His experience includes indoor air quality assessments, moisture investigations, mold and microbial inspections, abatement monitoring, and post-abatement air clearances.

Throughout his career, Rich has worked with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, insurance professionals, contractors, real estate professionals, and other industry partners to evaluate environmental concerns and help determine practical next steps.

One of Rich’s strengths is his ability to evaluate complex situations, identify contributing factors, and recognize conditions that may otherwise be overlooked. He also takes pride in explaining technical findings in clear, understandable terms so clients can make informed decisions about their property.

His training and certifications include Industrial Hygiene, Indoor Air Quality, Certified Mold Inspection, Infrared Thermal Imaging, EPA AHERA Building Inspector, EPA AHERA Supervisor, California Department of Public Health Lead Technician, and IICRC training in inspection, cleaning, and restoration.

Rich approaches every inspection with an emphasis on thoroughness, objectivity, attention to detail, and clear communication. His goal is to provide clients with accurate information, practical recommendations, and confidence that their environmental concerns have been carefully evaluated.

Outside of work, Rich is an endurance athlete who competes in triathlons and HYROX events and is currently training toward completing his first Ironman 2027. He brings the same discipline, preparation, consistency, and determination to his professional work that he brings to training and competition.

Todd J. - Asbestos, Lead Consultant & Environmental Scientist

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Southern California and has extensive experience performing environmental inspections in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Prior to his work with Clear Environmental Services, Todd worked with McDonnell Douglas Space and Defense as an environmental specialist/scientist. His responsibilities included inspecting facilities and towers associated with Boeing and NASA operations for a variety of environmental, safety, and health concerns. His experience also included oversight of asbestos- and lead-related operations and maintenance programs at multiple facilities.

Todd’s background includes Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments, as well as asbestos, lead, and environmental compliance inspections.

His certifications and training include California Certified Asbestos Consultant, California Certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, California Certified Lead Monitor, EPA Advanced XRF Spectrum Analyzer Operator, EPA Nuclear Gauge training, 40-Hour HAZWOPER, 8-Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor, and First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Todd brings a strong technical and scientific background to environmental investigations and helps clients understand complex conditions, regulatory requirements, and practical next steps.

Moe S. - Asbestos & Lead Consultant/Industrial Hygienist

Moe, has performed countless environmental inspections in a wide variety of commercial and residential buildings.

Moe, is a California DOSH C.A.C., California Certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, California Certified Lead Monitor, California Certified Lead Supervisor and currently supervising AECTI's RRP instructors.

Cristo G. - Inspector

With a background in the construction field, Cristo brings a unique experience to our HIH (Healthy Home Inspection) division. Cristo is IICRC Water Damage Restoration certified, EPA AHERA asbestos building inspector certified, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER), including site characterization, hazardous chemicals, radiation hazards, personal protective equipment (PPE), and decontamination methods, COVID-19 certified cleaning methods and has a vast experience in water damage/mold remediation.
